Recommended daily dose: 5 g. Mix one measuring spoon (5 g) in a glass of water (approximately 200 ml) and drink. It is recommended to consume in the morning on an empty stomach or 20-30 minutes before a meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, you can also consume the mixture after a meal.
