Ingredients: milk thistle (Silybum marianum; fruit) powder, sweetener: erythritol, turmeric (Curcuma longa; root) powder, flavouring, cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum; bark) powder, ginger (Zingiber officinale; root) powder, dry artichoke extract (Cynara scolymus; leaves; standardized to 2.5% cynarin).

This product is a dietary supplement with sweeteners.

Recommended daily dose: 5 g. Mix one measuring spoon (5 g) in a glass of water (approximately 200 ml) and drink. It is recommended to consume in the morning on an empty stomach or 20-30 minutes before a meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, you can also consume the mixture after a meal.
