We can effectively take care of our eyes with the LuteinEye Plus complex, which is designed to contain lutein and zeaxanthin, important carotenoids found in the eyes. Both originate from the extract of marigold (Tagetes erecta), which is considered one of their best sources. 

Both lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids that the body cannot produce on its own. Lutein is mainly present in vegetables such as spinach, kale, broccoli, and corn, while zeaxanthin is found in peppers, eggs, and some types of vegetables.

Lutein is a yellow-orange carotenoid that is concentrated in the eyes, especially in the retina. It is responsible for detecting light stimuli and converting them into nerve impulses, which are then processed by the brain and interpreted as images.
